Point Pleasant Waterfront Oasis
In the fall of 2025, we completely transformed this waterfront backyard in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, turning an unfinished construction site into a private luxury retreat. Starting with raw dirt, concrete block retaining walls, and basic grading, our team built a fully custom inground swimming pool, integrated hardscaping, and a professional-grade putting green directly overlooking the water. The project included new stone steps, reinforced retaining walls, gravel pathways, and a refreshed dock area, all designed to maximize the stunning bay views while creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The finished space features a sleek rectangular pool surrounded by large-format stone pavers with grass inlays for a modern yet natural look. Adjacent to the pool is a beautifully manicured putting green with black composite borders, multiple flagsticks, and a dedicated gravel buffer zone. A suspended wooden hammock hangs above the water’s edge, offering the perfect spot to relax, while custom concrete steps and retaining walls provide safe, elegant access between levels. The entire layout flows effortlessly from the home’s exterior to the dock, where jet skis and boats remain easily accessible.
